Open Doors Employers Toolkit for LGBTQ+ Inclusion Launched
PRII CEO Laura Wall attended the launch hosted at ESB Head Office.
Authored by Dr Vanessa Lacey, the Toolkit offers practical, evidence-based guidance for creating inclusive, respectful and equitable workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees and candidates. It includes actionable advice on inclusive language, allyship, and addressing bias—tools that organisations can implement immediately.
This resource is now available to PRII members in the Members Resources section. Simply log into MyPRII to access and share it with colleagues, HR teams and leadership networks.
Thanks to ESB’s support through the Energy for Generations Fund and to all contributors who shared their time, research and lived experience, this Toolkit marks an important step toward making inclusion a daily reality in every workplace.
