Core Research - Wellness Matters

Core, the advertising and marketing communications company, recently released its latest research report, Wellness Matters – May 2025, and the findings paint a compelling picture of how people are rethinking wellbeing and self-care.

Here are some key takeaways from the report:

  • 82% of those who took part in the survey agreed that slowing down and rest are just as important as productivity.
  • However, only 36% of the respondents said they give themselves full permission to rest or do nothing.
  • 49% reported feeling happy on a daily basis—an 11-point increase since the previous report in 2022.  
  • The report also highlighted that 1 in 3 people feel they’re just getting through the day, despite their best intentions.
