ADvocates Ireland - Pride Industry Kick - Event Promotion Support
ADvocates Ireland is a volunteer-led, not‑for‑profit collective of LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies, who came together in 2023 to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion in our industry - to Unite. Connect. Belong. We work across advertising, marketing, media, digital, PR and creative industries in Ireland. Our mission is to advance authentic representation, inclusive best practice and meaningful community engagement across the industry.
This is our third annual ADvocates Ireland 'inclusive Pride' industry event, following the success of the previous two years hosted at TU Dublin, each attracting 100+ attendees. We expect a similar turnout in 2026, comprising C-suite, senior managers, executive-level leaders, agency and brand professionals, and emerging marketing students. The event focuses on practical, real‑world guidance for building inclusive and impactful campaigns.

Findings from our recent industry poll clearly show that 42% of professionals are seeking best practice for inclusive campaigns, 58% seeking guidance on authentic representation and 50% feel increased community engagement is needed to improve our industry support on LGBTQ+ issues. This demand directly informs the event programme and speaker selection, reinforcing its relevance and strong attendance year on year.
Pride has always been about change. With its beginnings in protest, it has been a catalyst for movements that have changed the lives of many. But now, when the world around us feels like it’s changing more than ever, what does that mean for Pride? As a public-facing industry, how do we continue to keep the power of evolution moving in the right direction?
