CEO shares hugely successful digital metrics
Over 350 membership bodies and associations were in attendance from around the UK and Europe. The theme for this year’s event was ‘Growth Unlocked: Digital Excellence for a Thriving Future’. Martina was invited to speak from the perspective of an organisation undergoing a complete digital transformation while maintaining ‘business as usual’ in terms of events and other member services.
Among the metrics Martina shared to demonstrate the success of the PRII platform launched last summer is that Website visitors in April this year were 5,300 versus 3,100 in April 2024 - before the launch – that’s a 70% increase!
A small reduction in ezine subscribers (now 2,428) is due to a cleaner database. Our average open rates are 20% to 30% - well above average - and importantly, the average click rate is 7% to 8%. For professional associations or non-profits, the average email click-through rate is 2.5% to 3.35%.
And the most common topic of conversation at Digital Excellence last week? Applying AI to assist in everything from content creation to engagement tracking and answering FAQs online, including with avatars involved.
