THINKHOUSE Expands Leadership Team
THINKHOUSE has announced significant senior appointments as the agency continues to scale its integrated and creative capabilities. The moves come as Kieran O’Donovan, Head of Client Service, leaves the agency to become CEO of Belong To – LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland.
In a newly created role, Neal Cummins joins as Head of Integrated Comms, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across Sky, Fleishman Hillard and Navy Blue. At Sky, Cummins led major sponsorship initiatives, including the landmark partnership with the Republic of Ireland Women’s National Football Team, as well as adding the Men’s National Team to Sky’s portfolio. He previously spearheaded Fleishman Hillard’s sports and sponsorship division, delivering award‑winning campaigns for brands such as Cadbury, Aviva, EA Games and Google. Cummins said he is “thrilled” to join at a moment of strong growth for the agency.
THINKHOUSE has also strengthened its creative leadership with the appointment of Andy Forshaw as Creative Director. With over 15 years’ experience spanning design, branding, animation and film, Forshaw has held senior roles at The Tenth Man, Liquid and Future Design, working with brands including Guinness, Adidas, the NHS, JD Group and Jameson. He said he looks forward to pushing creative boundaries and building culturally resonant work through THINKHOUSE’s multidisciplinary creative studio.
