&Smyth Achieves Certified B Corp Status

Award-winning creative communications agency &Smyth has officially become a Certified B Corporation—joining a global movement of businesses committed to using their platforms as a force for good.

Founded in 2013 by Gemma Smyth, MPRII, &Smyth is now one of only a handful of Irish communications agencies to earn this prestigious certification, alongside ThinkHouse, Cullen Communications, and Springboard Communications.

Becoming a Certified B Corp validates that journey and places us among a global community proving that business can drive meaningful change.”

Awarded by non-profit B Lab, B Corp certification recognises companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. &Smyth underwent an 18-month evaluation across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.

With fewer than 100 B Corps in Ireland, &Smyth’s achievement marks a significant milestone for the sector and sets a strong example of purpose-driven leadership in communications.
