Alice PR Announces Line-Up for 2026 Academy for Activists
Running from 15–18 January 2026 in Dublin, the Academy will feature immersive workshops on strategy, community organising, fundraising, political engagement, and media relations. The programme is supported by Community Foundation Ireland, with accommodation provided for successful applicants.
This year’s line-up includes:
- Ailbhe Smyth – feminist and LGBTQ+ activist, and leader of the Repeal the Eighth campaign
- Margaret Curran – Scottish politician and global advocate for democracy and women’s leadership
- Eileen Dunne – veteran RTÉ journalist and broadcaster
- David Stanton – former TD with nearly 30 years in Dáil Éireann
- Stephen Donnelly – Melbourne-based community organising expert working with global movements.
Alice PR is inviting PR agencies representing brands or organisations to support the Academy in any capacity.
