PRII AGM 7 December 2023 Important Documents

The PRII 2023 AGM will take place on Thursday, 7 December 2023 at 6.30pm at Dublin Chamber, 7 Clare Street, Dublin 2.

Below are the AGM documents which should be read carefully: -

Key Dates:

24 November 5pm	Deadline for nominations to Council and notices of motions Posted to 84 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 or emailed to Deputy Company Secretary [email protected]
30 November 5pm	Deadline for registration to attend AGM Email [email protected] to register or have your apologies noted.
5 December 6:30pm	Deadline for Proxy forms Hardcopy to be received at 84 Merrion Square or Scanned version emailed to Deputy Company Secretary [email protected] Either must have signature & Proxy ID included
7 December 6:30pm	Annual General Meeting

Nominations to PRII National Council:

Three candidates have been nominated. There are two vacancies. The nominees are, in alphabetical order:

	Trudi McDonald, MPRII, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Manager at Fáilte Ireland. Profile available here.

There will be one Motion. It is proposed by the National Council, that Niamh Ward, FPRII, be elected Life Fellow of the PRII.
