Russell is an award-winning PR professional who has worked in NHS and regulator communications for more than 25 years. He specialises in using behavioural science for public health campaigns and currently splits his time between supporting other communications teams to run high impact campaigns and a role at NHS South East London as Head of Communications, Engagement and Behaviour Change. He leads the Public Health Communications Hub.
