  • Equip PR practitioners with critical communications tools and techniques to respond to a significant crisis or major issue affecting a public/private sector organisation;
  • Cover the development and execution of communications plans that protect reputation, minimise additional risk exposure, and restore internal/external stakeholder trust and confidence;
  • Provide participants with core communications resources to manage a crisis, and help advise senior management on how to quickly resolve one;
  • Highlight tactics that positively target and control the crisis narrative to limit reputational damage - blending teaching and simulation exercises to build robust and reliable crisis communication response competencies.
