The Reputations Agency is seeking a bright and ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional with one to two years’ experience to work on some of Ireland’s most respected high-profile brands and organisations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, intellectually curious, well-organised, and passionate about media, communications and reputation.

This role offers the chance to contribute to integrated campaigns, develop media relationships, and sharpen your skills as a strategic communications consultant. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, gaining direct exposure to client work, campaign development, media planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of strategic communications plans for a portfolio of high-profile clients
  • Monitor media, draft press releases, client briefs, and content for traditional and digital channels
  • Develop and maintain strong media contacts and help secure impactful coverage
  • Conduct research, compile media analysis and contribute to reporting
  • Assist with event planning, influencer outreach and stakeholder coordination
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas to client campaigns
  • Collaborate across internal teams and support more senior colleagues in day-to-day account delivery

The Ideal Candidate
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a PR, media, communications or corporate affairs environment
  • Third-level qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • A strong interest in current affairs, media and business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable under pressure
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Familiar with digital and influencer media, and open to continued learning
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in a hybrid working environment
