Event bookings

PRII cannot accept provisional bookings as a guarantee of your place at any PRII training programme or event.

All bookings must be made using the official PRII booking form and your booking will be confirmed by email by the PRII within 72 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation within 72 hours, please contact PRII on (01) 661 8004 or Loading....

Programme, attendance and joining instructions will be provided one week before the event, provided that fees have been paid / place confirmed.

PRII reserves the right to alter the programme, trainers or speakers without prior notification. If deemed absolutely necessary, PRII reserves the right to cancel an event up to seven days before the date of the event and will refund 100% of the booking fee where this has been paid in full.

PRII will not be held responsible for travel, accommodation, or other miscellaneous expenses for delegates who fail to attend sessions for any reason.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed with PRII, all bookings must be paid at least 14 working days prior to the course or event taking place. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card at the time of booking. If an invoice is requested, you will be asked to provide accounts payable contact details and a purchase order number if necessary.

Cheques should be made payable to the PRII and the invoice number should be quoted on the remittance advice or on the back of the cheque.

All invoiced fees are due within 30 days of invoice date. All disputed items must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of an invoice.

Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation 14 days or more prior to a training course or event, fees will be refunded less a 10% administration charge.

Regrettably, fees cannot be refunded for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to a course commencing or an event. However, substitutions may be made.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing to PRII.
