The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class communications campaigns that resonate with our internal audience of over 5,000 colleagues across the island of Ireland.

You will collaborate with various teams and think creatively to bring engaging communications to life through diverse internal channels. Your key responsibilities will include channel management, measurement, copywriting, and content creation across multiple mediums. This is an exciting time to join our vibrant and dedicated Communications team as we embark on a host of new strategic firm-wide projects. This role reports to the Head of Internal Communications within the EY Ireland Corporate Communications Team. You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Events, Business Development, Entrepreneur of the Year, our Creative team, and various stakeholders across the firm.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the tactical delivery of innovative internal communications campaigns across various channels, including email, video, webcasts, events, intranet, digital signage, and social media. Campaigns will focus on key areas such as Social Value Impact, Wellness and People Engagement, Outreach by EY Networks, and the "Meet Our New Partners" series among others.
  • Content Creation: Develop and amplify engaging content for internal digital platforms to effectively communicate priority messaging and enhance employee engagement.
  • Communication Coordination: Manage all firm-wide communications requests while maintaining a dynamic content calendar within a fast-paced internal communications team.
  • Technology Utilisation: Ensure the Internal Communications team leverages the latest technology to maximize efficiency and serve as the main point of contact for EY regional and global teams regarding internal messaging cascades.
  • Network Facilitation: Act as the facilitator for the EY Ireland internal communicators network, ensuring an effective feedback loop exists to address key areas of our business.
