Brand Community Manager & PA to the Managing Director

This is a unique, varied and exciting position that sits at the heart of the agency. The role blends three key areas:
- Brand Community Management
- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
- Office & Team Support
You will be a key point of contact for one of our major brand clients, helping to manage and nurture their consumer community, while also supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day organisation, and assisting the wider team with research, admin and coordination.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, confident in communicating with people, and excited by working in a creative PR environment where no two days are the same. One of the best things about PR!
Full onboarding and training will be provided, including brand community management systems, tone of voice and best practice.
What You’ll Do
- Brand Community Management
- Act as a key point of contact for one of our major brand clients.
- Manage and respond to consumer comments, messages and queries on behalf of brand clients, in line with brand tone of voice and values.
- Ensure all communications are handled professionally, efficiently and with empathy.
- Monitor recurring themes, feedback and trends within the community and flag insights to the wider team.
- Support brand reputation by delivering a high-quality, responsive and human brand experience.
PA to the Managing Director
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and help coordinate agency priorities.
- Assist with emails, follow-ups, documents and internal organisation.
- Support with new business preparation, research and presentations as required.
- Provide confidential personal and business support to the Managing Director, including managing personal logistics, bookings and ad-hoc requirements.
Office & Team Support
- Act as a central support figure for the wider team with admin, research and coordination.
- Help keep the office organised, stocked and running smoothly.
- Support the team with campaign research, guest lists, contact lists and basic reporting.
- Assist with event preparation and logistics where required.
About You
- A highly articulate communicator with a strong mastery of the English language, able to write clearly, professionally and with confidence.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and detail-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs, track what is due when, and ensure nothing is missed.
- A master of calendars, reminders and timings, with a firm finger on the pulse of priorities, deadlines and changing schedules.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and switching seamlessly between competing priorities.
- Confident using email, digital tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace to keep information, people and processes running smoothly.
- Friendly, calm and professional, with a genuine enjoyment of helping others and being part of a close-knit team.
- A third-level degree is required. A degree in PR, communications, marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- No previous PR or community management experience is required, as full training will be provided, but an interest in brands, communications and people is a strong advantage.
