We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take a leadership role in delivering strategic corporate PR programmes for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for overseeing account performance, acting as a senior client contact, and contributing to the development, execution, and evaluation of integrated communications campaigns.

This role requires excellent strategic judgement, strong writing and media skills, and the ability to manage client relationships with confidence and authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior day-to-day contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and advice
  • Lead the planning and delivery of corporate PR and communications campaigns
  • Build, manage, and leverage strong relationships with national and sectoral media
  • Proactively engage with journalists to secure coverage and manage complex media enquiries
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support new business development and the onboarding of new clients
  • Monitor and evaluate media coverage, preparing insightful reports and recommendations for clients
  • Ensure client objectives are clearly communicated internally and delivered effectively

Required Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate PR or communications role, with agency experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead accounts and manage senior client relationships
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing high-level corporate content
  • Strong media judgement and established relationships with key journalists
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail
  • A confident, professional, and collaborative approach
