Are you a creative, driven communicator with a passion for media, both traditional and digital? Conjure Communications is a progressive PR agency based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, and we’re looking for a PR Account Executive to join our growing team.
As a start-up agency, we’re all about big ideas, strategic thinking, and meaningful results. This role offers significant exposure to real client work, media engagement, campaign delivery and social/digital PR in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role
As a PR Account Executive you’ll support campaign planning and delivery across multiple clients. You’ll work closely with senior team members to develop and execute PR activity that makes an impact, from traditional media outreach to social media and influencer engagement. You will have clear deliverables and work towards both personal and agency goals as a key member of the team. Your creativity, enthusiasm and professionalism will help Conjure deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on across a range of tasks, including:
- Drafting and pitching press releases, media materials and content tailored to different audiences and channels
- Building and maintaining media and influencer relationships (print, broadcast, online, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Supporting social media strategy and content calendars, including copywriting and scheduling posts
- Monitoring media and social trends, tracking coverage and preparing reports for clients
- Researching and preparing media lists, campaign ideas and insights to help drive strategy
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative campaign planning
- Attending client and internal meetings, capturing notes and next steps
- Helping with event support and logistics as needed
- Taking responsibility for your own tasks, managing time effectively and working with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
We want someone exceptional - curious, proactive and organised, with both creative flair and the ability to execute with precision. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years' experience in PR or communications, ideally in an agency environment
- PRII qualification (or similar)
- A strong interest in social media, digital PR and the influencer landscape and how these intersect with traditional PR
- A keen interest in traditional media relations and storytelling
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong command of tone, grammar and style
- Confidence pitching ideas and engaging with journalists and influencers
- Digital skills, including familiarity with social platforms, analytics, content development and scheduling tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive, team-player mindset; supportive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- A willingness to embrace growth, take initiative, and develop your career in a start-up setting
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: €28,000 per annum
- Generous annual leave allowance
