Mary Murphy

Mary Murphy has been a respected leader in the Irish public relations profession for more than forty years. Her pioneering work for local authorities and the public sector has enabled key policies and infrastructure projects to modernise Ireland. Mary’s work helped people to understand innovative concepts like water conservation and waste recycling

She has always been a strong advocate of the work of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and is one of the Judges of The Awards for Excellence in Public Relations. As a Fellow of the PRII, Mary will continue to be an advocate and representative for the industry.

Mary started her career in 1982 in John McMahon and Partners and later became Director of Public Relations at Carr Communications.
