Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI), www.susi.ie is a unit of City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB) which is designated by the Minister for Education and Skills as the single Irish national awarding authority for student grants in further and higher education. Since 2012, SUSI has replaced 66 former local grant awarding authorities.
SUSI is a dynamic workplace based in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 and features a challenging balance of day to day operations and strategic development projects and is currently seeking a permanent Communications and Customer Services Manager to lead its communications and information services; its customer service policy; and its stakeholder, public and media relations. This challenging role demands a high level of response and engagement on all public and customer-facing issues that may arise. It also requires exceptional levels of strategic and operational planning and continuous proactive management input, oversight, liaison, review and reporting, together with a strong personal work ethic and a commitment to results.
