A regular contributor to The Irish Times where he writes about management issues, reviews business books and interviews business authors, he previously wrote for The Sunday Times. Frank has lectured on the PRII’s Diploma course since 2004 and has been an examiner since 2009.

One of our most popular workshops, since the COVID-19 it has been updated and is now delivered as an e-workshop. Participants will have access to a dedicated e-workshop resource webpage including notes and relevant materials as well as participating in a live online workshop delivered by Frank Dillon on Tuesday morning 25 February and 04 March from 10am to 12:30pm. Participants will be given a practical writing assignment to complete before the second session and will receive feedback during that class.
