Transform how you overcome challenges from new strategies, business pitches, to tackling stale clients or campaigns, and deliver better brainstorming, including via remote working.

This new interactive e-workshop enables you to understand your own personal creative thinking style and how to develop your own creative and strategic thinking skills along with the ability to solve problems in new ways.

Over two half day sessions (10am — 12:30pm) you will work on your own live challenges and problems to demonstrate how to use different tools and techniques and when and where to use them. Delivered over two half days to enable you to apply the skills of creative incubation - where you can work in your sleep - and to enable you to put tools into practice and share/receive feedback on their effectiveness.

You will learn how to do creative triage, diagnosing how different types of challenges require different approaches. You will also be guided on developing your ‘creative ears’ - your listening capability to spot opportunities that others miss.

Topics covered:

  • Identifying your personal Creativity profile - your strengths and weaknesses
  • How to manage your own personal creative talent and others around you
  • Come up with ideas and creative solutions under pressure - or when there is no pressure
  • Devise, develop creative solutions for strategic planning through to tactical solutions
  • How to use SEO and digital tools to deliver creative insights
  • Effective ways to inspire yourself and your colleagues for greater creative performance
  • Overcome the barriers of remote working to deliver and manage the creative dimension
