As part of our Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Initiative launched last year PRII partnered with the Open Doors Initiative to create a pathway for people from marginalised backgrounds to train in public relations/communications.
We also offered a scholarship place on the PRII Diploma in Public Relations course year which included student fees, student membership of the PRII, a mentor from the profession to offer career guidance and a six-month paid internship with a reputable organisation.
We are delighted to announce that we are once again offering a scholarship to study for the PRII Diploma in Public relations starting on 19 September 2022.
We welcome applications from people from a marginalised background, including but not exclusive to, refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, people with disabilities, people from disadvantaged backgrounds, ex-offenders, members of the Travelling Community, etc.
If you know someone who may qualify, please direct them to the Open Doors website for further information here.
Deadline for applications is Friday 1 July.
