10 Things to Remember When Entering the Awards for Excellence in PR

  • Most entries are received close to the deadline which can cause server issues, so it is advisable to enter early.  Entries are now open here .
  • The deadline for submissions is Tuesday 8 March at noon. There will be no exceptions.
  • To enter you must be an employee of a PRCA agency or a member in good standing of PRII.
  • Entries must be accompanied by a PDF of the declaration form signed by both the nominated organisation and public relations advisor, except for In-House Team of the Year, PRCA Agency of the Year or Young Communications Professional of the Year.
  • Supporting material will only be accepted in PDF format.  Other formats will not be viewed.
  • The combined size of the supporting material must not exceed 32MB.
  • Word limits are strictly adhered to.  It is not recommended you use symbols in your document as they may not be recognised.
  • Double check that the category you have selected on the application form is correct before submitting the entry.
  • You cannot edit the entry form once it is submitted, so it is advisable to prepare it in Word or using one of the templates available here.
  • Try another browser if you are having issues filing in the application.

Importantly, read the rules in the brochure thoroughly as your query may be answered in it.  Your query may also be answered in the detailed FAQs.  The declaration form and templates can be found here.
