Communicating on behalf of professional services firms

Bound by tradition and frequently by regulation, professional services firms - namely law, consultancy and accountancy firms - face an uphill battle in differentiating themselves from their competitors and in selling their services effectively.

For those tasked with the job - be it on a full-time or part-time basis - this workshop provides a rounded and practical overview of this difficult brief, and illustrates, through case studies and the presenter's own in-depth experience, how excellence can prevail despite the constraints. Course content includes:

* Defining effective communications in a professional services firm
* The essential elements of the communicator's tool kit - media relations, internal marketing, client communications, seminars and hospitality
* The value of market research
* Integrated marketing communications - pulling it all together
* Best practice examples from Ireland and abroad
* Return on investment v keeping up the momentum.

Delegates attending this day-long workshop will leave with a greater appreciation of the creative options open to them in promoting professional services, and in ensuring a results-driven outcome.
