The next PRII Certificate in PR Account Management course starts on 10th February. It is designed specifically for Account Executives in Irish PR agencies who want to move into an account management role or someone recently promoted to that position.
One third of participants who undertook the course in 2017 have since been promoted into more senior roles.

This course will be led by PRII Chief Executive Dr. Martina Byrne and will cover; best practice relationship management; managing multiple client portfolios; key concepts of project management; demonstrating your contribution to client’s business objectives; monitoring client satisfaction; winning new business and PR contracts; and understanding professional service finances and profitability.
