Bernard Harbor
Bernard Harbor, FPRII, is Head of Communications with IMPACT, where he manages the internal and external public relations for Ireland’s largest public service trade union. He has worked on many high profile campaigns and issues including the Croke Park public service agreement and the recent Aer Lingus cabin crew dispute.
Bernard previously worked as a policy advisor in the Transport and General Workers’ Union in London and has been seconded to work on communications for the international trade union federation Public Services International. He was a member of the PRII National Council between 2001 and 2003.
